E8 sold 3/31/2010 for 450K unfurnished.
I just listed P2. The unit is 'original' (no updates). It was immaculately kept however and can be occupied immediately or remodeled to your taste. I do not have interior pictures yet but will post them here as soon as I do. The unit is listed for 469K.
